La Main Tendue – The Reach Out Hand believes that all children or people regardless of their origin or creed have a right to enjoy the same happiness, health and education as other children or people in the world. Our role in helping to achieve this goal is to discover or to create opportunities for assistance to those in need, and to provide medical help and educational support based on self help and sustainable development models. La Main Tendue- The Reach Out Hand focus will be on

Health, Education projects in West Africa. La Main Tendue- The Reach Out Hand goals is to extend our helping Hand(s) to individual, and groups in Francophone West Africa by providing books and supplies to schools and by collecting and distributing basic medical supplies such as generic drugs and wheel chairs for the handicapped, hospital beds.

Our NGO will be financed by individual donors, businesses, churches and other charitable organizations.
